Please think about it

Imagine that you wake up business as usual. Get your kids ready for school and you and the family have brekfast. Walk out of your front door towards the car and you here a rumbling sound. You and your family turn your attention towards the strange noise that is getting louder. Neighbors are also joining filing out to investigate. Turning the corner at the end of your street is an armored tank accompanied by 1,000 armed men who don’t speak your labguage. They start yelling in a language that you don’t understand and you tell your family to run in the house, because the people remaining on the street are getting shot. You decide to keep your family home. You are obviously at war. So the television is now telling you. You then loose electricity and water. You need groceries and maybe to leave. You walk out the front door to your taxi cab and drive to the grocery store. there is a long line and you spend hours waiting to get your staple items. You are riding home and shot in the forehead and the chest cause your car reminded some soldier of a taxi that was used in a bomb once.No word to your family, no food for your kids tonight. This is Iraq all day everyday and anyone who thinks different is a carzy sociopathic sadist person that should not be allowed to opperate without close professional supervision. This week marked the fifth year of US "occupation" of Iraq. All Day Everyday for 5 yrs.I listened to testemonies from the soldiers about the lack of rules of engagement and I agree that false pretenses are being perpetrated and it’s like the holocost. But my biggest point is that what if that were here. What if soldiers were in our our streets not speaking our language with the instructions to shoot anything that feels like it might be threatening. That’s unacceptable and an unitellegent way to resolve conflict. So,if you never thought about it being you, think about it.Even if you don’t protest in the streets, lets collectivly think about ending the war and talk about ending the war and pray for the Iraqies and for the mental health and spiritual well being of both the natives of the middle east and the troops and their expeditious (speedy) return home.Just think about it and send some positive energy and vibrations that way....and repost this and get all your friends and their friends to repost send positve thoughts, even just one thought, in that direction. What if it was your city being occupied by people who don’t speak your language, who consider you a threat and have been given permission to kill anything they see as a threat? It is your city, as we are members of a global community.
