But there is always the danger of being so open, on the net, to strangers, I have had my taste of internet stalkers and I am not interested in being stalked.

But then again, im all about the truth setting you free and the more you know the more you grow and you have to give the truth to honestly get the truth.

I read an article about necoleb in sister to sister today. Talking bout how she is an urban blogger that uses herself for a spokesperson for her blog.

Why are there "Final Exorsiom" commercials playing on ABC Family?

The episode starts off talking about crazy black women .

It kinda made my stomach turn.

Then a facebook suicide.

Then they introduce an atypical black woman.

They go out and he asks: been to prison? got bad credit? got kids?

She makes uncle ruckus respect her.

Then they show the bathroom at the resturaunt and the bathroom attendant.

He goes through the exact same motion we all go through with bathroom attendants.

You sit here for how long and listen to people use the bathroom.

How much do they get paid?

I feel bad about not tipping them to...when they do turn on the water and hand you a paper towel. But so very unnecessary. Maybe people keep the bathrooms cleaner if they know someone is in there?

Can't believe people would work in a bathroom instead of just asking people for money....

Soo...back to the show.

She runs a non-profit so her hours r flexable.
Huey says it's a relife to meet her.

She said she wants to be a regular character on the show.
He said he wasn't good enough for her.

Episode gets corny.

He fights random dudes for her after stalking her.
He has a low self esteem.
She dosen't return his calls, txts, myspace messages......
She breaks up with him.

I check out sandra rose and necole b everyday. Takes about five minutes each out of my day, but keeps me in the gossip "loop".

I think they either have different screen names themselves or pay a staff for getting hits and starting fights and making posts that agree and disagree.

So I don't like reading the comments anymore.

Destiny's Rehab is the "MOST" posted on blog I red on blogger. I wish others like MK culture would post as often as DR does. And then, It dives me a DC overload. It's like a fan sit, tracking her every move, but not really connecting the dots or addressing an issue. I feel like I just get daily updates about beyonce form some one "pretending" not to like her, might even be her running the site.....

I tape her in the mornings, so I can watch later during a commercial break or something,I like the hot topics, but then I don't.

Wendy used to be known for going hard and getting the jucy scoop and the off guard stuff.....now...she is dripping with hollywood handler and leapord and pink and mk ultra agenda pusher written ALL over her.

Talk Radio
The only talk you can get is Rush and them. I like doctor Laura, but she dosen't come on here....can only get her out of town. But you can't get any "real" talk radio. All they got now is political and sports....

De-Program

I have issues. As we all do.

I am running a program in life and each day, reinforcing/resisting that program as opposed to...living my life.

Most of us do this without regret, never contemplating that their souls may feel better if they let them live.....unprogrammed.

I regret that I recognize my programming, and indulge it none the less. I am aware of my program and I am aware of what is not.

Use money
Watch tv
Listen to the radio
Read blogs and anything I see...

I don't speak other languages
I don't meditate daily
I don't exercise daily
I don't garden or cook
I don't drink water daily

Something is wrong. These are basics. That I believe would strengthen my mind body and soul every day. The things I do do....make me a more efficient maching. Completley occupied and entertained. Mind body and soul.

I know that many of us have this issue. I see it all day everyday......and the children....

This post, originally was gonna be an expose....of the blogs and gossip columns, but first I had to expose my own faults and thus my faults with my programmers.

Why do I let them do this to me? Why do we let them do it to us?

Our souls have something else to say.
Our technology gives us the tools to connect to this universal grid of energy.

Our programming tells us to abuse the spirit.
Our soul tells us to nuture and protect the spirit from attack.

What can we do about the strength of will and the anti-programming....the de-programming?

I am watching cookout. And I'm loving it! I am ashamed to say it's on BET. Every commercial break they are talking about education and career development. Diplomasap.com, auto/life insurance and oldspice and birthcontrol.

I don't know about you, but I know what kind of lifestyle all of this "promotion" is catering to.

2004 comedy, looks like the Michael Vick life story or the game or something. It was a good story and the acting could have been more fluid, but it was a really good concept overall....it was rushed, the characters werent as deep as they could have been, but it was cool.

Eve plays the leading lady. She sucks, she's pretty, but her acting sucks. And she calls the dude doo doo head...more than once, don't know what that's about.

It was Farrah fawcett's last movie.

They keep showing Russel Simmons Commercials....for his rush card...prepaid credit card..."everybody needs plastic!"

Queen Latifa plays an Uncle Rukus security guard for a gated community. And yesterday a couple of days ago it was "sprung" or something like that with tisha campbell. 1997.

Anyways, I wonder about the commercials and the advertising and the simplified explination for it all. In the world of marketing, everyone is a target.
